Get rewarded for every order
We have a customer club that everyone is automatically a part of if you have a user account on our website. The customer club consists of different levels, where everyone starts at level 1 and can work their way up to level 15.
The levels consist of different things you have to do, but it mainly involves orders and reviews you write on products. For example, if you want to progress from level 1 to level 2, you must place an order and write a review of a product. Once you have done this, you go up to level 2.
The reward at level 1 is a free product worth NOK 50 on your next order.
All orders must be packed and shipped from us before leveling up.
The same applies to all mentions, which must be manually approved by us.
When you level up, the value of the prizes will increase and it will vary from optional products to QualiPet items (for example ballpoint pen, travel cup, drinking bottle)

Earn your bonus points
We will of course continue the scheme with bonus points.
You automatically earn bonus points on all purchases. Bonus points mean “money for good” where 10% of the purchase price is converted into bonus points
If you shop for NOK 1,000, you will receive 100 bonus points, which you can use again to get a NOK 100 discount on your next order.In addition to this, you also earn 5 bonus points for each product review you write.
Note: Bonus points cannot be combined with other discount codes, nor do they work on the shipping cost.
Bonus points expire 1 year after they were earned.
